Select thumbnail to load and play
* On the Main Screen select 'Record of Work'.
* Below the filter options, the last 2 weeks of entries will be displayed.
* Select any Entry to view, edit and/or export as a PDF.
* Swipe left to update the status
* Filter by any combination of:
- Main Category / Sub Category / Activity
- Project
- Users (if you are an employer)
- Text
- Dates
- Status
* Clear your Filter to reset.
* Export your list as a Table in PDF or CSV Format.

Continuing from the simple Menu Navigation and Text Searching when entering an Activity, you can filter Entries using the exact same structure.
We've included Keywords that are linked to a Category this allows (for example) Activities with common tasks like working at height or using equipment like drop saws to be linked together.
There's also a text search which will look for words in the Main/Sub Categories, Activities, Keywords, and even the Notes.
View the summary of hours per Category (Web App) so you can easily see where work has been completed and where the gaps are.

Share your work
Select the entries you want to share and then send them
Individual Entries can be viewed and exported as a PDF displaying all of the entered information as well as the images in full page format.
Filtered Entries can be exported as a Table in PDF format, displaying the entries row by row with columns for the information and thumbnail images.

View others work
Training Providers and your Employer can view your work
Employers can view their staff's work individually or add users as a filter option so Entries for entire Projects or Timeframes can be viewed and exported as PDF or CSV files.
Training Providers can view their Students/Apprentices Entries and use the same filter options to find applicable Activities to the Competency or Unit Standard they are accessing, the filtered list can be viewed as a Table or exported as a PDF.
